Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a top 30 U.S. College or top 3 university within your region.

Individuals who are bilingual Japanese/English and/or Mandarin/English a plus.

These roles are for hourly contractors and will be done remotely.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Working closely with a variety of students based across the world - including the US, Asia, Australia, and Europe
• Conducting formal sessions with students on a weekly basis
• Using curriculum knowledge to deliver high-quality academic mentoring to Crimson students in a particular subject
• Preparing students for and strengthening base concepts in order to improve performance
• Maintaining regular, professional levels of communication with students outside of formal sessions
• Proactively scheduling sessions - 1x session per week, per student

• Industry knowledge, familiarity with elite university admissions expectations
• Entrepreneurial/creative mindset, quick thinking on ideating student profile improvements
• Research skill in fields candidate is unfamiliar with
• Warm/engaging energy working with young students
• Effective interpretation of parents’ concerns/needs, ability to partner for difficult students
