As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll take full ownership of generating your own leads, building your book of business, and guiding homeowners through the roofing process. No waiting on company-fed leads. No hand-holding. Just high-income potential for someone who wants it.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach, community events, networking, and referrals

  • Inspect roofs, identify storm or age-related damage, and educate homeowners on next steps

  • Present repair or replacement options and close contracts

  • Assist homeowners with insurance-claim processes when applicable

  • Build, manage, and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects

  • Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and energy

  • Become a trusted expert in your territory and local communities

What We’re Looking For
  • A self-starter with a hunter mentality—no fear of knocking doors

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions

  • Previous sales or D2D experience is a strong plus, but not required

  • Ability to learn quickly, stay motivated, and work independently

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally

  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to succeed
