Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Overview

We are growing our sales team and looking for driven, outgoing Sales Representatives to work directly with local businesses. This role is 100% face-to-face sales - no phone-based cold calling. You’ll meet business owners in person, analyze their current payment processing, and present solutions that save them money.

The Role

You will:
● Prospect local businesses (retail, restaurants, service-based) in person
● Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
● Collect merchant statements for analysis
● Work with our internal team to identify cost-saving opportunities
● Present customized proposals face-to-face
● Close deals and onboard new clients
● Maintain relationships for referrals and long-term growth

● Outgoing, charismatic, and confident in face-to-face conversations
● Persistent - you don’t fold after a single “no”
● A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly
● Comfortable with a numbers game (more conversations = more deals)
● Self-motivated and disciplined
● Professional but not pushy - you know how to guide, not pressure

Bonus points if you:
● Have experience in merchant services, POS, or B2B sales
● Can provide a portfolio or proof of past sales success
● Have an existing network of local business contacts
