Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with a focus on power electronics, and will be responsible for driving new product development from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of power electronic systems and components.
• Conduct system-level design and integration of electrical hardware.
• Oversee the schematic design and PCB layout processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met.
• Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices and design methodologies.
• Utilize simulation tools such as Matlab Simulink and PSpice for design validation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for design processes and specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power electronics.
• Proficient in electrical engineering principles and practices, including circuit design and system integration.
• Experience with new product development and inverter design is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with semiconductor technologies and their applications in power electronics.
• Strong skills in schematic design and PCB layout.
• Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal design.
• Knowledge of power converters and high-power applications.
• Proficiency with lab tools and equipment for testing and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
