We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Plumbing Designer for our dynamic Single-Family Division in Riverside! As part of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401k, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. *General Responsibility:* The duties of the Senior Plumbing Designer are to design plumbing systems using AutoCAD and Revit software. Provide technical support to various departments regarding design work. Will also assist with the creation of plumbing designs, including system narratives, drawings and specifications for a variety of project types and sizes. *Significant Duties:* * Review plans and set up Revit/CAD files provided by the architect * Design plumbing systems based on architectural drawings and material specifications * Generate isometric and lay in drawings for fabrication and field use * Prepare 3D Revit detail drawings, schedules and isometrics for plan/spec and design build projects * Review project submittals for space limitations, and constructability * Develop MR (Material Requisitions) and perform material take-off on all drawings * Provide technical support for fabrication and field operations * Provide technical support and coordination to the project managers and field foremen * Collaborate with field operations supervisors to make design changes * Record changes and process adjustments based on such * Perform additional assignments per Manager's direction * Follow all safety procedures on the jobsite * Travel to different jobsites as directed by management * Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes * Believe and champion 20/20s core values and inspire others to do the same * Other duties or projects assigned *Skills and Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or equivalent * A California Drivers' License * Comprehensive knowledge of California Plumbing Codes. * 10 years or more of experience in plumbing design. Field experience may offset some of the required design experience. * Field plumbing experience a major plus. * Proficiency with Autodesk programs: AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with Trimble SysQue MEP software a plus. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, with strong organization skills 20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
