We are seeking individuals who are committed to working at a high level of attention to detail, teamwork, guest experience and operational excellence. Working weekends and holidays is a requirement of the role.
BRASS (recently opened), a not-so-traditional brasserie in a historic Nomad hotel from an acclaimed culinary team, is seeking experienced, career oriented Servers. Joining its sister The Tusk Bar, newly named one of Esquire’s best bars in America, at the Evelyn Hotel, BRASS pays homage to the grand dining rooms of Gilded Age New York. Taking inspiration from the improvisational spirit of the Jazz Age, BRASS’s striking white table-clothed room balances uptown grandeur with downtown energy. The chefs’ playful and informal style of cooking at BRASS is guided by, but without strictly adhering to, the influence of French brasseries.
With Michelin starred culinary partners (co-chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske Valtierra, the duo behind the Lower East Side’s Wildair) and an experienced Front of House team, we are looking for exceptional team members to join the project who share our dedication, passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with this ambitious hotel project.
The Server position at BRASS will be filled by hospitality industry professionals who seek to exceed guest expectations with a passion for food and drink, grace, thoroughness, efficiency, diligence, and style.
