SERVER

Reporting to the management/ownership, the Server is genuinely enthusiastic about the guest’s overall experience. They take pride in their food & beverage knowledge and are passionate hospitality professionals. They display natural showmanship, have great communication skills, and have a meticulous eye for detail and organization.

Server Responsibilities: We are searching for a SERVER to join our dinner team! Candidates must possess the following:

Fully understand and embody a can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.
2 years server experience in a similar high-volume environment
Thrive in a collaborative environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - proven ability to lead purposefully
Advanced knowledge of food & beverage principles and practices
Certified for food protection in CA by applicable authority.
Results orientated, self-motivated, and highly organized with an eye for detail
Committed to safety and good environmental practices in the workplace
Full-time flexible hours are required (nights, weekends, holidays) or as agreed with your hiring manager
