Do you enjoy troubleshooting and helping customers solve technical issues?A growing security technology company is seeking Service Coordinators to support customers experiencing alarm and security system issues. This role is ideal for someone with customer service, technical support, dispatch, call center, cable/internet, telecommunications, or security industry experience.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping diagnose problems, walk users through solutions, and coordinate technician visits when issues require on-site support.
