Job Description

We are seeking a highly reliable and experienced Sewing Machine Operator to support our large-format signage production team. This role is critical to our operation and requires a dependable individual with hands-on experience operating Juki industrial sewing machines to sew vinyl, fabric, and other heavy or specialty materials used in large signage. Consistent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production deadlines are essential.

7- 3:30 and OT is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Juki industrial sewing machines to sew large-format signage, banners, and displays
• Work with heavy-duty materials such as vinyl, mesh, canvas, and coated fabrics
• Follow work orders, measurements, and production specifications accurately
• Maintain consistent quality while meeting daily and weekly production goals
• Perform basic machine setup, threading, tension adjustments, and routine maintenance
• Inspect finished signage for durability, accuracy, and workmanship
• Handle large materials safely and efficiently
• Keep work area clean, organized, and production-ready
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards
• Demonstrate excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience operating Juki industrial sewing machines
• Experience sewing heavy or oversized materials preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/handle large materials as needed
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial sewing experience
• Background in signage, banners, awnings, upholstery, or large-format fabrication
• Experience meeting production quotas and deadlines
