What You Will Do
We're hiring an SMT NPI Engineer to lead new product introduction activities from prototype through production release. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and is critical to ensuring smooth transitions from design to manufacturing. You'll be hands-on with SMT processes, equipment programming, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, reliable products on time.
