ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for facilitating the use of systematic tests and assisting in the subsequent development, application and maintenance of quality standards for firm products. The Incumbent is responsible for contributing to the development, modification, and execution of software test plans, as well as creating automated scripts and programs for testing. They will also aid in the analysis and writing of test standards and procedures, help maintain documentation of test results and provide support to the development engineers to address issues and debug software products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. The Incumbent must work with cross-functional teams to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accurate and detailed records, and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
In addition, the QA Engineer will actively participate in scrum ceremonies from the inception of the project, providing valuable feedback on requirements, test environments, and test data. This individual will serve as a strong user advocate, bringing a curious mindset and thriving in an agile environment. He/She will be a collaborative partner in delivering reliable and high-quality capabilities that support our store associates across the US and Canada.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or in lieu of a degree, at least 4 years of experience in quality assurance engineering or software testing
