Bagatelle is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our seasonal team for the summer!

Sous Chefs are responsible for helping to prepare all food menus, producing high quality plates in both design and taste, and ensuring the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets Company standards.
What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English is needed to successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job
  • Minimum 2 years experience at a fine dining establishment
  • Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
  • Excellent time management
  • An approachable attitude
  • Highly organized and able to work fast
  • 18+ years of age
