Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Bremerton, WA, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This engaging, in-person role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting by providing essential speech and language support to a diverse student population. Responsibilities: * Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, addressing a variety of communication needs * Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs) * Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes in compliance with district and state regulations * Participate in team meetings, assessments, and school activities to support student success Qualifications: * Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license is required * Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred * Previous experience working in school settings is highly desirable * Must be available to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) during the school year from August 31, 2026, to June 16, 2027 * In-person service delivery only; applicants using VOCO or those who are Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered Location: * Bremerton, Washington a community offering a supportive educational environment and access to beautiful natural surroundings This position is a contract role providing a valuable opportunity to support student communication development and contribute to their academic success.
