Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time, contract opportunity in Wilkes Barre, PA, offers the chance to provide essential speech-language pathology services in a school setting. The position involves covering maternity leaves in Lackawanna County, followed by supporting itinerant students in the Dunmore area during the spring. Both full-time (35 hours per week) and part-time candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver speech-language pathology services to school-aged students. * Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication needs. * Manage caseloads related to maternity leave coverage and itinerant assignments. * Maintain thorough documentation and follow district protocols. Qualifications: * Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. * Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure required. * Previous school-based SLP experience mandatory. * Ability to obtain and complete all necessary Pennsylvania clearances. * Reliable transportation is essential for travel between locations. * Comfortable participating in interviews conducted via Zoom. * Onsite work required; remote voice-over work (VOCO) is not permitted.
