Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week with flexibility for part-time candidates, beginning ASAP through August 7, 2026. The role involves supporting maternity leave coverage within Lackawanna County initially, then transitioning in the spring to providing services for itinerant students in the Dunmore, PA area. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver speech-language pathology services to school-aged children in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs) * Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to implement effective communication interventions * Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements * Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed Qualifications and Experience: * Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology with valid CCC certification * Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure * Proven school-based experience working in educational settings * Ability to obtain and complete all necessary Pennsylvania clearances prior to employment * Reliable transportation to travel between assigned locations * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently onsite Interview Process: * Initial interview via Zoom Location: * Onsite in Scranton, Pennsylvania, with travel required between designated school districts in Lackawanna County and Dunmore This position does not allow for voice-over compensation arrangements.
