Pay Range
$95,200.00-$130,900.00 AnnualThis is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

Join our Roofing Systems team as a Senior Product Engineer – Single Ply, where you’ll play a critical role in advancing high‑performance TPO membrane technologies from concept through full commercialization.
In this role, you’ll be a technical leader; driving formulation excellence, supporting manufacturing plants, and collaborating across R&D, product management, supply chain, and operations. Your work will directly influence product quality, customer satisfaction, and the next generation of roofing solutions.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Product Engineer, you will provide technical and formulation leadership across both existing products and new developments. Your responsibilities will span laboratory research, manufacturing support, and large‑scale commercialization.
