Fire TV is the world’s most popular streaming media player, delighting tens of millions of customers every day. We aim to make Fire TV the most loved connected TV experience, globally.
Building a Fire TV business we love means growing monthly active users, increasing the time they spend with Fire TV, and monetizing that engagement through Ads, Subscriptions, and Prime Video. To do that, our UI must surface relevant, contextual content — at scale — across all our marketplaces.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who thrives on building scalable systems, has deep expertise in content optimization, and can orchestrate complex technical solutions across multiple stakeholders to create breakthrough customer experiences. This is a highly visible and cross‑functional role that requires strong analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Business Development, Advertising and Business Intelligence teams.
In this role, you will develop the vision, strategy and business requirements for campaign automation, personalization and data integration across all placements in the UI. Working backwards from delivering a 1:1 content experience to customers, you’ll design systems that enable seamless discovery and engagement while maximizing value for customers, providers, advertisers, and Amazon’s entertainment services, including Prime Video, Luna/Prime Gaming, Amazon Music, and beyond.
Key Job Responsibilities
Own Content Automation Vision: Lead strategy and roadmap for Fire TV’s content automation initiatives, including defining success metrics and designing implementation phases with Program Managers.
Enable UI Optimization: Build and optimize content delivery systems and tooling to deliver seamless content experiences across the ecosystem.
Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with global marketing, advertising, product management, engineering, and business intelligence teams to create a cohesive and scaled automation solution.
Shape Technical Architecture: Work closely with Product and BI teams to ensure robust data management, attribution capabilities, and performance optimization.
Build Scalable Systems: Design and implement automated workflows for content sourcing, campaign creation, and performance optimization across all streaming categories.
Work Backwards from the Customer: Define and advocate for a customer centric vision that delivers personalized 1:1 content experiences on Fire TV.
Drive Data‑Driven Decisions: Own measurement frameworks, developing attribution capabilities and dashboards that enable effective measurement and content optimization across the key streaming categories in the UI.
Scale Global Operations: Establish scalable automation systems and processes to support expansion across all marketplaces.

Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery
Experience as a product manager or owner
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
