Minimum qualifications:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
• Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
• Benchmark advertiser's brand awareness using search ads data and build insights and recommendations in collaboration with Youtube Ads. Work on projects such as brand reconciliation.
• Transform the search benchmarking landscape by combining audience-based data with business specific dimensions. Help unlock insights that utilize both datasets such as multi-language creative improvement.
