Job Title: Structural Staff Engineer(Full-time in office)Relocation assistance is available.

About the Role:We are seeking a motivated Structural Staff Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of structural engineering experience in the design of commercial buildings within the United States. This role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to work independently on structural analysis and construction documents, and a willingness to travel for structural site observations 2–3 times per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for commercial building projects
• Prepare construction documents with limited supervision
• Conduct structural observations and site visits (travel 2–3 times per month)
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineering team members
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis
• EIT certification required, PE license preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing commercial buildings in the U.S.
• Proficient in structural analysis software and drafting tools (e.g., ETABS, RISA, Revit, AutoCAD)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Work Arrangement:

• Full-time in Sacramento, CA office is preferred
