Seeking locum Vascular Surgery coverage with the option for a permanent position . Coverage is needed 7 14 days per month on an ongoing basis . Practice Setting * Hospital-based vascular surgery * 24-hour call coverage * Adult and geriatric patient population Facility Resources * 1 standard operating room * 1 Siemens hybrid OR * 1 Siemens interventional radiology suite * In-house hemodialysis access * On-call vascular team Thursday Sunday * Support staff includes trained team members and two surgical technologists * No certified first assist Procedures Required * Aneurysm repairs (including abdominal) * Arterial and peripheral bypass * Vascular access devices and AV shunts * Endovascular procedures * Femoral-popliteal and aortofemoral bypass * Stenting * Reconstruction for deep vein occlusions * Peripheral artery disease interventions Credentialing * Estimated timeframe: 90 days Travel * Lodging reimbursed up to a nightly cap * Standard/economy travel expectations Submission Requirements * Board certified or truly board eligible * Active Kentucky license (IMLC accepted) * NPDB self-query dated within 30 days * Flu vaccination required at credentialing * COVID vaccination preferred by Jobble
