Nu Skin's global tax department is looking for a motivated Tax Staff to join their team. In this role, you will work with experienced staff, managers, and directors to ensure compliance in the areas of Customs/Duties, Transfer Pricing, and U.S. Tax. You will become an integral part of the global tax team that ensures Nu Skin is meeting its filing responsibilities and optimizing its tax structure.

• Determine and/or evaluate tariff classifications for new and existing products
• Capture information regarding new products from appropriate internal and external sources
• Assist with preparing documentation to support preferential customs treatment
• Assist with analysis and compliance in transfer pricing and cross-border transactions
• Understand key intercompany agreements
• Assist in preparing income, property, and sales tax returns
• Prepare annual business license renewals
• Prepare fixed asset and depreciation reports
• Gather key tax data from domestic and international markets
• Maintain tax work papers for various projects
• Research basic customs, transfer pricing, and tax compliance issues
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Help with administrative duties

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Strong digital literacy including Excel, word processing. Database management, like Power BI, is a plus. Tax preparation software experience is also a plus.
• Basic knowledge of both federal and state tax laws
• Eagerness to learn international tax, customs, and transfer pricing fundamentals
• Strong organization, accounting, research and writing skills
• Able to work well under time guidelines and pressure
• Able to work with other team members
• Strong attention to detail and precision

• This role will divide time with different functional roles within the tax department. Need ability to manage time and communicate well with supervisors. Will get phenomenal multi-faceted experience.
