-Excellent verbal communication skills for motivating children to learn. Active listening skills to understand the childrens' needs. Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. To be flexible and open for ideas. Helping with regular daycare responsibilities.

Location: Brooklyn, NY, 11231
Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities
Supervise and engage with infants and/or toddlers
Change diapers, assist with feeding, and maintain hygiene
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment
Support nap time, playtime, and learning activities
Communicate effectively with staff and parents
✅ Requirements:
Experience with infants and young children preferred
Patient, nurturing, and high-energy personality
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable with diapering and hands-on care
Must pass background check & fingerprinting
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
