Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing specialized care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment requires skill, dedication, and expertise. This travel RN role in Lehigh Acres, FL offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with both adult and pediatric patients across a broad spectrum of surgical services including ENT, General Surgery, Vascular, Robotics, Dental, Gynecology, Orthopedic, Spine, and Neurosurgery. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. * Manage call responsibilities averaging 4 times per month, including evening, overnight, and backup shifts. * Maintain accurate documentation utilizing the Epic EMR system. * Adapt to floating assignments within a 50-mile radius, including sister campuses, to support patient care needs. Qualifications & Experience: * Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience. * Pediatric OR experience is required. * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with degree accreditation or a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience. * BLS certification mandatory; CNOR certification preferred. * Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred. * Ability to participate in call rotations with varying schedules. * Proven ability to adapt and function as core staff within dynamic team settings. Schedule: * 12-hour day shifts: Fridays 6:30 AM 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM 7:30 PM. * Call rotations include Evening Operating Shifts (7 PM 11 PM), Overnight Shifts (7 PM 7 AM), and Backup Call (3 PM 7 AM).
