Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a diverse student population in a learning center setting. This position is based in Oneonta, Alabama, with a focus on travel assignments and onsite work. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to a caseload of 49 students. * Address the needs of a high-needs group, predominantly in 5th grade or lower, with some high school students. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific communication challenges. * Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. * Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school policies. Qualifications and Experience: * Current Alabama state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (AL SLP). * Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. * Experience working in school settings strongly desired. * Ability to manage a varied caseload including multiple age groups. * Strong communication and organizational skills. Position Details: * Part-time schedule, approximately 3-4 days per week. * Primarily onsite with potential flexibility for virtual or hybrid arrangements. * Interview conducted via Zoom with school director. * Travel-related responsibilities within the assigned region.
