Exceptional work-life balance: on/7off schedule totaling 26 working weeks per year, allowing you to fully disconnect on your off weeks. Autonomy with structure: Clearly defined inpatient role with predictable coverage expectations across two established campuses. Robust APP support: Dedicated, experienced inpatient PAs at both hospitals Monday-Friday, assisting with: Rounding Initiation of continuous bladder irrigation Difficult Foley placement Floor procedures This model allows you to focus on clinical decision-making, procedures, and urgent surgical care while maintaining efficient, safe patient flow. The Opportunity MHMG is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urology Hospitalist to join a well-established urology team providing inpatient and emergency urology coverage at: Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital (Level II Trauma) Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital (Level IV Trauma) You will manage adult urology consults, inpatient care, procedures, and urgent surgeries while working closely with on-campus urologists for seamless collaboration and continuity of care.
