Job DescriptionCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Warehouse Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year.

• Oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and manage the relocation and setup of a new facility, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.

• 5–7+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution management.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, ideally 50 or more employees.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing complex workflows.
• Ability to handle high-volume operations and meet strict deadlines.

• A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment to safety and operational excellence.
