Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our night shift operations (7pm - 4am). The ideal candidate will oversee warehouse associates, ensure efficient order fulfillment, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate night shift warehouse staff
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Monitor workflow and enforce safety/compliance procedures
• Communicate effectively with day shift and management teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification a plus
• bilingual (spanish & english) preferred
