We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Server / Waiter / Waitress in our fast-paced and fun, upbeat restaurant located in the entertainment district.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly attending to guests needs and inquiries.
• Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations and answering questions about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively fulfill them to enhance their dining experience.
• Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including table settings, condiments, and utensils.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
