Salary: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

General Administrative Support:

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Respond to emails and text messages with proper etiquette and professionalism.
  • Maintain organization of digital and physical documents.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with event planning.

Customer Service & Communication:

  • Assist customers by providing general information and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle basic customer service inquiries related to payments, policy updates, and general questions.
  • Manage correspondence, including follow-ups with clients and vendors.

Technology & System Use:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for administrative tasks.
  • Navigate and manage online communication and document management tools.
  • Manage and operate Zoom on behalf of the Operations Team, ensuring the smooth execution of the daily Zoom session and morning meetings.

Cross-Departmental Assistance:

  • Provide support to the Sales team by assisting with follow-ups and preparing materials.
  • Assist the Service team by managing customer inquiries and documenting interactions.
  • Work with the Operations team to update and maintain internal processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and pursue further development opportunities.
  • Licensed in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred but will train the right candidate.
  • In-Office | Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (No weekends, no after-hours!)
