• 3 years of experience in security operations, systems administration, digital forensics, security engineering, privacy engineering.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and leadership through effective communication and business strategies.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, youll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Youll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Youre equally comfortable explaining your teams analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

• Conduct technical security assessments, code reviews, and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate risks across diverse software designs and technology stacks.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Specific salary details will be shared during the hiring process.

• Implement communication standards across a portfolio of programs, including executive and key partner communications.
• Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship.
• Lead governance structures that facilitate executive decision-making, exposing and mitigating dependencies.
• Identify change management opportunities to increase program velocity across multiple teams.
• Define and manage a program portfolio aimed at achieving business impact for the organization and product area.
