Position Summary

  • Generates and sends correspondence to internal and external customers.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain documents in electronic filing system.
  • Ensure record and privacy requirements are followed.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and general customer service requests (primarily via email or mail).
  • Confirms representation if an owner refers us to their attorney, including communicating with the attorney, legal representative or bankruptcy related.
  • Serves as liaison among the legal and collections teams to ensure the accounts are reviewed thoroughly, coded correctly and to perform document and case-related research when requested.
  • Organizes and manages documents, including debt validation responses, cease and desist, credit reporting, power of attorney
  • Assist in reviewing and resolving accounts affiliated with Third Party Exit companies. The candidate will participate in coding accounts and processing legal settlements. Additionally, the candidate will have experience creating letter template responses to attorneys and owners.
  • Perform related work as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Organizational skills: Proficient in Microsoft Software (Outlook, adobe, word, excel);
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • 1+ years administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Timeshare experience
  • 3+ years customer service/admin experience, strong attention to detail, excels in a task oriented environment
