A well-established, family-owned dental practice in the North Carolina mountains is seeking 1-2 Associate Dentists to join a thriving comprehensive practice with deep community roots and a strong reputation built over decades.

This opportunity offers flexibility, advanced technology, and true clinical autonomy in a supportive environment where dentists are encouraged to practice to the full scope of their training. Flexible scheduling is available with full-time or part-time options (3-4 days/week), and commuting is possible without requiring relocation.

Practice Highlights:

• Established, multi-generational practice with strong patient loyalty

• 50% FFS / 50% PPO payor mix

• $1,000/day guarantee for the first 60-90 days

• 33-35% production/collections after guarantee

• Fully digital office with CBCT, scanners, lasers, and in-house milling

• Reduced lab fees through on-site lab capabilities

• Broad clinical scope including implants, grafting, endo, oral surgery, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry

• Strong hygiene team and experienced leadership support
