*What You’ll Do*
* Deliver precision haircuts, styling, beard grooming, and color/camo treatments
* Perform luxury men’s manicures, pedicures, and specialty hand & foot services
* Follow Hammer & Nails’ *Golden Standard protocols* for all services
* Provide a premium guest experience that focuses on relaxation and hospitality, not speed
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in full compliance with Georgia Board standards
* Build long-term relationships with guests and promote memberships and retail offerings
*What We’re Looking For*
* *Georgia Cosmetology License* (required)
* 1+ years professional experience in both hair and nail services
* Proficiency in cutting, styling, and grooming men’s hair
* Skilled in manicures, pedicures, and men’s specialty nail services
* Excellent communicator with a professional, team-oriented attitude
* Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends included)
