Job Description Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity offers specialized surgical technologist experience with a focus on robotics and neurological procedures. You will support surgical teams by preparing and maintaining the sterile field, organizing surgical instruments and supplies, and ensuring smooth intraoperative flow. Experience with the da Vinci robotic system is essential, as is comfort floating between multiple campuses to meet surgical demands. Key Qualifications: * Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required * National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * 1 to 3 years of surgical technologist experience * Proven experience working with robotic surgical systems, specifically da Vinci * Neuro surgical experience is a must * Ability to adapt and float between campuses as needs arise Responsibilities: * Prepare the operating room, including sterile field setup and instrument arrangement * Assist surgeons by passing instruments, fluids, and supplies during operations * Manage and maintain surgical equipment throughout procedures * Conduct thorough counts of sponges and supplies to avoid retained foreign objects * Handle specimens in compliance with protocol to ensure integrity * Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient safety and procedure efficiency Location Insight:Situated in Lehigh Acres, Florida, this role offers a vibrant community with easy access to beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, parks, and local dining.
