About the Company Our client is looking for an AR Collections clerk on a temporary basis.About the Opportunity
- Contact customers from the receivables list to follow up on overdue invoices
- Obtain and process customer payments in a timely manner
- Record and update collection activity and account information accurately
- Maintain positive and professional communication with customers
- Escalate unresolved issues to the finance team as needed
- Support cash flow by ensuring consistent and timely collections
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (an asset)
