The candidate will develop and review building layouts, system designs, and visualizations while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Responsibilities * Develop documents to record: * Design progress * Completed designs * Construction specifications * Create and review: * Building floor plans * System layouts * Site layouts * 2D and 3D renderings and visualizations * Utilize tools such as: * Revit * Lumion * Support industrial and commercial building design * Coordinate with architects and multiple engineering disciplines * Build collaborative relationships with internal teams * Interpret and adapt design guidelines for specific applications Required Qualifications * Engineer III: Bachelor's degree + 10 years of experience * Engineer IV: Bachelor's degree + 15 years of experience * Engineer V: Bachelor's degree + 20 years of experience * Sr. Engineer IV: Bachelor's degree + 15 years of experience Clearance Requirements * Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance * U.S. Citizenship required At Spectra Tech, Inc., our recruitment team is powered by real people in real time-personally reviewing every application with care and integrity.
