*THE JOB*
We are seeking a motivated attorney *licensed in any state* to join our fast-paced, high-volume litigation team representing debtors in collection matters. This is a multi-state practice that offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to make a real impact—without billable hour requirements.
This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy owning their cases, thinking strategically, and working collaboratively in a supportive, congenial culture that values results, efficiency, and professional growth over rigid metrics.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Oversee and manage a high-volume caseload of consumer debt litigation matters
* Communicate directly with opposing counsel regarding case strategy, settlement, and resolution
* Communicate directly with clients as needed regarding escalated matters and paths toward favorable resolution outcomes
* Coordinate closely with paralegals and internal administrative teams to ensure efficient case progression
* Exercise strategic thinking in evaluating cases, prioritizing actions, and driving outcomes
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows, challenge inefficiencies, and enhance litigation practices
* Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
