S ignature Homes is currently seeking a highly skilled BIM Architectural Designer in our Nashville TN market to support the creation of accurate, code-compliant, and constructible home plans. This role works in HighArc and supports legacy Revit models, focusing on technical detailing, residential construction knowledge, and building code requirements. This position is an in office role in Nashville TN, but Birmingham candidates are welcome to apply as well! Draft and maintain plans, options, elevations, and details in HighArc. Support and update legacy Revit models during our transition to HighArc. Review redlines and field feedback to correct and refine plans. Support new plan development and contribute to ongoing improvement of drafting standards. 23+ years residential CAD/BIM drafting experience ~ Strong knowledge of residential construction & framing ~ Experience with Revit ~ Exposure to field construction or framing Bluebeam, Autodesk Vault, or EWP layout experience
