Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.

The ideal candidate will service the Kitchen & Bath, Designer, Contractors and Stone Fabricator Network, who should be result driven to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and driven team members willing to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Other key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, meeting sales goals, and providing guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and team success.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales management skills, including experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to mentor, guide, and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven professional attitude.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in the Los Angeles market or similar urban environments and similar position.
  • Proven experience within natural stone industry, architectural development or interior design is and added value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
