Represent and advise banks, direct lenders, and other financial institutions in international and domestic transactions, including corporate and working capital financings, acquisition financings, and LBOs.

Prepare, review, and negotiate engagement letters, commitment letters, fee letters, and term sheets. Prepare, review, and negotiate principal transaction documents, including credit agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements, and guarantee agreements.

Requirements: JD or foreign equivalent, or LLM or foreign equivalent, NY Bar, and 2 years of experience in the position or 2 years of alternate occupational experience performing complex cross-border financing advisory legal duties.

Salary: $260,000 per year.
