Looking for a role that combines attention to detail, problem-solving, and a positive work environment? We are seeking a motivated Auditor to join our team at Great Southern Restaurants in Pensacola. What You'll Do:
As our Auditor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Audit Daily Revenues across multiple locations, ensuring every transaction adds up.
Count Cash & Reconcile Server Sales—ensuring all sales are properly accounted for and payouts are accurate.
Prepare Reports & Spreadsheets using Excel, keeping things neat, clear, and accurate for payroll and bookkeeping.
Communicate with the Controller about any discrepancies or unexplained variances.
Additional Tasks as assigned, all within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Accuracy is Key: A strong eye for detail and a desire to get it right every time.
Previous Experience: Audit experience is a plus, but we’re also open to those eager to learn!
Weekend Availability: You must be available to work Saturdays & Sundays.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk up/down stairs as needed.
Skills: Strong math and computer skills (Excel proficiency required).
Independence: Ability to work independently while managing your own tasks and responsibilities.
Problem-Solving: You’re quick on your feet when it comes to resolving discrepancies.
