We are looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Location: Pensacola, FL (service radius 15-20 miles)

We're looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and quality repairs. If you're dependable, motivated, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
  • Install and replace HVAC components as needed
  • Service all major brands of heating and air conditioning equipment
  • Communicate repair recommendations and options to customers professionally
  • Maintain accurate service records and work orders
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
  • Participate in on-call or emergency service rotation, as needed
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit

 

Qualifications

  • Must have residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation experience
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience servicing all major HVAC brands
  • Must have or willing to obtain EPA Section 608 Certification
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with heat pumps, split systems, package units, and mini-splits
  • Sales or system replacement recommendation experience
  • Basic electrical and refrigeration diagnostics
  • NATE Certification
