Bob Mills Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join their busy shop.

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles to get our customers back on the road safely
• Perform routine maintenance and scheduled services efficiently while following all dealer and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a constant line of communication with Service Managers and Advisors regarding work progress, parts needed, or any unexpected repairs
• Stay at the top of your game by attending workshops and seminars to keep your skills sharp and your certifications current
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure a secure environment for yourself and your crew
• Lead by example by following shop best practices and immediately reporting any incidents or equipment needs to management
• Ensure every turn of the wrench meets the highest quality standards, so the job is done right the first time

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an auto technician in a dealership or shop environment
• ASE/OEM preferred (but not required)
• Must have your own tools to manage your bay
• 21+ with a valid license and solid driving history
• Able to perform the physical duties of a high-volume shop
• Team-oriented and ready to hustle
