Position SummaryOgletree Deakins has the opportunity for an experienced Business Intake Compliance Specialist to join the firm's expanding CIRS department. The Business Intake Compliance Specialist is a team member of the Business Intake Compliance (BIC) Group, which is a business unit of the Client Information Risk Services (CIRS) department. This position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, categorizing, tracking and maintaining the Firm's collection of client relationship documents, including engagement letters (ELs), outside counsel guidelines (OCGs) and other client engagement documents. The Business Intake Compliance Specialist manages inquiries from attorneys and legal staff regarding ELs and OCGs, and creates various standard and customized reports for same as needed. This position also performs various data changes as part of routine client/matter data management as well as creates and provides various standard and custom reports regarding same, as requested.
