Job SummaryWe are a small but fast-growing plumbing company looking for motivated Plumbing Apprentices and experienced Lead Plumbers to join our team. Apprentices will learn the trade hands-on, while Lead Plumbers will manage crews and help shape the future of our company.

General Plumbing Duties (All Levels)

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management

Apprentice-Specific Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Learn proper use of tools, materials, and safety procedures
• Follow instructions and actively build plumbing skills
• Load/unload materials and prepare job sites

Lead Plumber / Crew Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of plumbers and apprentices
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality workmanship
• Plan job layouts and material needs
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and customers
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Complete job documentation, time tracking, and reporting

Qualifications

Apprentice Plumber

• Pursuing a career in plumbing
• 2+ years of experience of plumbing experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical labor in various environments
• Valid driver’s license

Lead Plumber / Crew Manager

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license (as required)
• 6+ years of plumbing experience
• Experience managing crews and job sites
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license
