Travel Therapist Opportunity - Recreational/Activity Therapist

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Behavioral Health

• Location: The Ridge Behavioral Health in Lexington, KY

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week (5x8 schedule)

• Shift: day shift

• Enhanced hourly rate, tax-exempt stipend where applicable
• Bi-weekly pay

Travel Therapist Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recreational therapy treatment plans
• Attend interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Provide therapy consistent with level of growth, development, age, and functioning
• Contribute to program design within the recreational therapy department

Travel Therapist Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation
• Certification as a CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist) required
• Previous inpatient mental health experience preferred
