 The Utility Account Supervisorperforms difficult administrative work supervising, coordinating, and participating in utility customer service functions or utility billing functions.  Service function areas typically include utility connections and disconnections, complaints and requests for service, answering customer questions, and assisting with bill balances and pay arrangements, and preparation of disconnection list for the Customer Care department.

• Associate degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field or two years related work experience
• Four years of utility or customer service experience 
• Three years of supervisory experience 
• Valid NC driver’s license or valid out-of-state driver’s license with the ability to obtain a valid NC driver’s license within sixty days of employment and good driving record

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Paid bi-weekly.
