The RoleWe are hiring a Chef de Cuisine who understands that leadership is both cultural and operational.
This is not just a creative position. This is a hands-on leadership role.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the kitchen, including team leadership, systems, quality, and consistency. We are looking for someone who can lead from the line, build strong teams, and maintain a high-performing kitchen without sacrificing sustainability.
