Join us as a Cook at the brand new Lucedale restaurant, Grill 1901 located in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lucedale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, casual dining environment and takes pride in preparing quality food consistently. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver great meals that keep our guests coming back.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Grill 1901 recipes and standards
• Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory as needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
