DISHWASHER

Grill 1901, Lucedale’s newest restaurant , is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our back of house team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and supports both the culinary and service teams in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as trash removal and restocking
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Work efficiently to keep up with service demands
• Support kitchen team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
